The Referees Committee of UAF has appointed the officiating team for the first round match of the Ukrainian Championship season 2025/26 between Rovno's “Veres” and Kyiv’s Dynamo, which will take place next Saturday, August 2, in Rovno at the “Avangard” stadium (kickoff at 15:30).
Alexey DerevinskyThe referee on the field is Alexey Derevinsky from Khmelnytskyi. In the previous Ukrainian championship, he officiated two matches involving “Dynamo.” In the 12th round of the championship, the “white and blues” crushed “Ingulec” in the capital with a score of 5:2 under the supervision of this 36-year-old referee, while in the 19th round he recorded a draw (1:1) in the encounter between “Vorskla” and “Dynamo.”
Also, it is worth noting that tomorrow, July 30, Derevinsky will be the chief referee for the second qualifying round return match of the Champions League between the Romanian “Steaua” and “Shkendija” from North Macedonia.
The assistant referees for the match “Veres” - “Dynamo” will be Viktor Matyash (Donetsk) and Alexey Mironov (Poltava). The fourth official is Andrey Zaytsev (Donetsk region).
Additionally, the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system will be in operation at the upcoming match, led by Vitaliy Romanov from Dnipro.
