Roma has agreed with Verona on the transfer of defender Daniele Ghilardi

Central defender of Verona Daniele Ghilardi is nearing his transfer to Roma.

According to Football Italia, the Romans have managed to agree on the transfer of the 22-year-old player for a sum of 10.5 million euros plus 1 million euros in additional bonuses.

Negotiations between the clubs have been ongoing for the past few weeks, and several offers, starting from 9 million euros, were rejected.
