Dynamo defeated Veres for the 14th time in the 17 matches between the two clubs at the official level (three times there was a draw) thanks to a goal from Mykola Shaparenko, scored after an assist from last season’s best player and top scorer of the Ukrainian championship Vladislav Vanat.

Popov)This is how Dynamo continued the tradition of scoring against Veres in every match of the Ukrainian Championship and extended their own unbeaten streak in the Ukrainian Championship to 33 matches. A longer streak for the Kyiv team — 38 matches without defeat — was recorded only in 2014-2015.
Oleksandr Shovkovskyi’s team ended the club’s record draw streak (three matches), while Veres’ winless streak increased to six games (with the conceding streak rising to nine).
