Former midfielder of "Dynamo" Volodymyr Shepelev, who played last season at "Alexandria" and is currently a free agent, will not be moving to "Metalist 1925".

As reported by former journalist Ihor Bubas, Shepelev was wanted by the head coach of "Metalist 1925" Bartulovych, and the sports director Shamardin, but the club president Boyko vetoed this transfer.
