Today, information appeared in Ukrainian media regarding the goalkeeper of «Kryvbas», Ihor Omelychenko, who reportedly left the team’s location autonomously during the training camp.
FC «Kryvbas» informs: indeed, footballer Ihor Omelychenko left the team’s location during the training camp in Slovenia without authorization and has not returned to Ukraine with the team. The club contacted the player, but he refuses to return to «Kryvbas».
«Kryvbas» continues to take all necessary measures to bring the footballer back to the team and communicates with the relevant authorities regarding this matter. «Kryvbas» has informed the UPL about the situation that has arisen.
The footballer has an active contract with the club for another year. We appeal to Ihor Omelychenko to return to fulfilling his contractual obligations.
