Everton made an offer for Dewsbury-Hall

Everton has made an official offer to purchase Chelsea midfielder Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

As Fabrizio Romano reported on Twitter, the Toffees are in talks with Chelsea, having made an initial offer for the 26-year-old Englishman.

Recall that Dewsbury-Hall joined Chelsea from Leicester along with head coach Enzo Maresca, but he has not managed to secure a place in the first team of the London club.
