The captain of Kyiv Dynamo, Vitaliy Buyalsky, shared his expectations for the return match of the 2nd qualifying round of the Champions League against the Cypriot Paphos during the pre-match press conference.
Vitaliy Buyalsky— Congratulations on your return to the field after injury. You scored a goal in the last match right after your return. How are you feeling now, have you returned to your optimal form?
— Thank you, I feel good, I can say that I am returning to the form I had at the end of the training camp. I think everything will be fine.
— How important was the victory over Rukh for the team from a psychological standpoint?
— Every victory is important for the team’s psychology. I am confident that we, as a team, are psychologically prepared for tomorrow’s game. It will be a completely different game compared to our first match in Poland.
— Tomorrow the match will take place in hot weather, with a forecast of 35 degrees Celsius plus high humidity. Do you have any life hacks on how to play in such conditions?
— Our doctors and medical staff give us vitamins. People who have played a lot of football say that you should drink as much water as possible before the match. We will put all this into practice.
