English club Everton has made an official transfer offer to Italian club Roma for Ukrainian forward Artem Dovbyk for £37 million ($43 million), reports Football Insider.

It is also confirmed that Dovbyk is of interest to several other English clubs, including Leeds, West Ham, and Sunderland.
