This weekend, matches of the 3rd round of the Ukrainian Premier League championship for the 2025/26 season are taking place. In one of these matches on Saturday, August 16, “Epitsentr” will play against “Dynamo”. Therefore, currently “Epitsentr” is playing its home matches in Ternopil.
In the previous round of the Ukrainian championship, “Dynamo” crushed the local “Rukh” in Lviv (5:1), while “Epitsentr” lost away to Cherkasy’s LNZ (0:1). Since then, the nominal hosts of today’s match have not played, while the Kyiv team played an away match against “Paphos” (0:2) in Cyprus in the return leg of the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League last Tuesday.
The main referee of the match “Epitsentr” — “Dynamo” will be Oleksandr Afanasiev from Kharkiv. The VAR assistance system will also be in use during the game, led by Ihor Paskhal, who represents Kherson.
