Shakhtar midfielder Kevin is moving to Fulham, journalist Aaron Ramiro reports.
Fulham has reached a preliminary agreement with Shakhtar for the transfer of midfielder Kevin. The deal is estimated at around 45 million euros, plus 5 million euros in bonuses," Ramiro wrote on his Twitter page.
