London’s Chelsea has agreed to transfer Paraguayan midfielder Julio Enciso from Brighton, reports The Athletic.
Julio EncisoAccording to the source, Chelsea’s owners held productive negotiations with Brighton representatives regarding Julio Enciso’s transfer. The parties managed to agree on this move. However, Enciso will first spend a season at Strasbourg, which is also owned by BlueCo Group, and then he will sign a full contract with Chelsea that will run until the summer of 2031. For this transfer, the London club will pay 20 million euros.
Additionally, Enciso spent the first part of last season at Brighton, where he played 16 matches and scored one goal. In the winter, Enciso moved on loan to Ipswich, where he played 13 matches and scored 2 goals.
