Colombian player of Munich’s Bayern Luis Díaz spoke about the mentality of his hometown Barrancas.
Luis Díaz— In Barrancas, there is a predominant mentality of hard work and struggle. Many people do not have the opportunity to leave and chase their dreams. But I feel that the residents of Barrancas are happy people, with a smile always shining on their faces. They always try to endure everything and be content to feel comfortable.
I think this is part of what I carry with me from my hometown. I always try to be happy, always try to enjoy the moment, work hard, and that is the most important thing for a person who strives for success — to work hard, be very disciplined, and believe in God. I think that is very important, — said Luis Díaz.
We remind you that Luis Díaz transferred to Bayern from Liverpool for €75 million. His contract with the Munich team is valid until the summer of 2029.
