On August 29, Ukraine marks the Day of Remembrance of Defenders of Ukraine. This year, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, together with its partners, is launching a nationwide campaign aimed at honoring the memory of those who gave their lives for our freedom in the struggle for independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine.

FC “Dynamo” (Kyiv) has also joined the campaign. The club will show the names of fallen fans of the team on its social media and will remember each of them, honoring their memory, as they have forever left their mark in our hearts. For war is names. Names that hurt each of us. These are the people whom the Dynamo family has lost with deep sorrow and unspeakable grief. These names have become a symbol of freedom; they are inscribed on memorial stones, in state awards, and in books of memory. These are names that resonate in the voices of families and comrades.

We highlight them, as the memory of one shapes the memory of millions. And we remember each one.
