The UAF Disciplinary Committee made a series of decisions, including:
— having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the 1st round of the Ukrainian Championship FC "Veres" Rivne — FC "Dynamo" Kyiv, which took place on August 2, 2025, mandated FC "Dynamo" Kyiv to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) hryvnias and applied to FC "Dynamo" Kyiv a sanction in the form of community service in the field of football, namely obligating FC "Dynamo" Kyiv to conduct 1 (one) educational lecture (lasting at least 30 minutes) on preventing any manifestations of discriminatory behavior in football by fans before, during, and after matches for the fans of FC "Dynamo" Kyiv within 60 (sixty) days from the date of receiving this decision, after which they must provide supporting video materials (regarding the fans of FC "Dynamo" Kyiv chanting and demonstrating discriminatory gestures);
— having reviewed the materials regarding the match of the 3rd round FC "Rukh" Lviv — FC "Obolon" Kyiv, which took place on August 15, 2025, mandated FC "Rukh" Lviv to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance by FC "Rukh" Lviv with the requirements of Additional safety measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically regarding the evacuation of the team to a shelter upon the declaration of the "Air Raid" signal), mandated FC "Obolon" Kyiv to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance by FC "Obolon" Kyiv with the requirements of Additional safety measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically regarding the evacuation of the team to a shelter upon the declaration of the "Air Raid" signal), applied to FC "Rukh" Lviv a sanction in the form of a warning (for delaying the start of the match) and applied to FC "Obolon" Kyiv a sanction in the form of a warning (for delaying the start of the match);
