23-year-old central defender of Ternopil’s "Niva" Vasyl Burtnyk has gone for a trial with Kyiv’s "Dynamo".
Vasyl Burtnyk (card from the PFL website)The "white-blues" are using the break for national team matches to scout center-backs. The reason is the injuries of Denys Popov. In particular, Denys missed the 4th round UPL match against "Polissia" (4:1).
Burtnyk became a player of "Niva" in the summer transfer window, leaving "Rever 1908", which withdrew from participating in the second league of Ukraine in the 2025/2026 season.
During this campaign, Burtnyk has already played four matches for Ternopil, in each of which he played for 90 minutes (360 minutes in total). In four games, Vasyl has not scored and received two yellow cards.
