The national team of Ukraine has started preparations for two opening matches of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
Photo: UAFThe footballers competing in the Ukrainian championship traveled to head coach Serhiy Rebrov’s camp in Opalenytsia by train to Warsaw, and from there by bus. The legionnaires joined their teammates directly in Poland.
At this location, the blue and yellows will train until September 4, when they will move to Wrocław for pre-match activities. After the match against France, the Ukrainian national team will prepare in Poland, and on September 7, a flight to the capital of Azerbaijan is planned.
Remember, the first match against France will take place on September 5 in Wrocław, and the meeting with Azerbaijan will be held on September 9 in Baku.
