Napoli forward Romelu Lukaku will not be able to return to the field until December, reports Football Italia.

The Belgian suffered a serious muscle injury during a preseason match against Olympiacos in August and this week traveled to Belgium for specialized treatment. Lukaku intended to return for the Serie A match against Atalanta, scheduled for November 22.
