Former Tottenham striker Harry Kane commented on the decision of Spurs president Daniel Levy to step down.

If you look at where the club was and where it is now, there have been big changes — not just on the pitch but off it as well. In any new phase at the club, there are always changes, changes at the top levels. Overall, this is a new chapter for Tottenham; they are trying to create something new,” Sky Sports quoted Kane.
