The head coach of the Brazilian national team, Carlo Ancelotti, spoke about the squad selection process for the 2026 World Cup.

"Of course, memory matters. I know Rodrigo very well and I am confident that he can help the team. We are reviewing around 70 players — physically, technically, and tactically — to assemble the most competitive squad for the World Cup.
