«Dnipro-1» lost the appeal against Ihor Yovichevich at CAS regarding his transfer to «Shakhtar».

The Dnipro club did not documental confirm its claims that the coach allegedly agreed to stay after his contract ended.

«Accordingly, the clause about the contract extension is invalid, and the contract was not extended on June 17, 2022. The contract ended on June 30, 2022. Therefore, the coach did not violate the contract by signing a new agreement. Accordingly, the coach cannot bear any responsibility,» the CAS press release is quoted by the Telegram channel FootballHub.
