According to the source, Gavi and López had always been friends, but everything changed last summer during a friendly match in Asia when the players accidentally collided during the game without understanding each other. At that time, the club did not give serious attention to this episode and quickly moved on from the incident.

However, recently, during one of the team’s training sessions, a conflict arose between Gavi and López — the footballers decided to settle their differences, which ended with verbal insults. The rest of the team rushed to separate the midfielders.

Later, head coach Hans-Dieter Flick held separate conversations with Gavi and López, with the support of assistant Thiago Alcântara. It is believed that this approach will help improve the microclimate within the team.
