President of "Kudrivka" Roman Solodarenko commented on the start of his club in the Ukrainian championship this season and confirmed the focus on qualifying for the European Cups.
Roman Solodarenko"If after the victory over ‘Vorskla’ in the playoff matches for the right to enter the UPL I set the goal to adapt and maintain a place in the elite division, then before the starting round of the championship, I told the team during a conversation that only the maximum result in each match would satisfy us. And I believe that our team deserves those 7 points (in five matches, — ed. note), which it currently has, and it will continue to progress.
Getting into European cups? I do not think we need to expect something: when a team sets itself maximum goals and strives for them, it will definitely achieve them—if not this season, then next. Plans for the European Cups remain, they exist, and I am confident that we will definitely reach a level of play that will allow us to qualify for European Cup spots in the league table,” Solodarenko said on the YouTube channel "UPL TV."
