The head coach of Como, Cesc Fabregas, shared his emotions about receiving his coaching license after several delays and approvals.

I worked very hard for four and a half years, trying to understand how to improve my coaching career after being a player, pondering whether I was on the right path, comparing myself to others. When you are told that you have passed a test and have become a true coach, it is especially meaningful. It is very nice to achieve this in Italy, a country that has already given me so much," Fabregas said to Football Italia.
