Dnipro-Arena StadiumPrivatBank continues its open and transparent policy of reducing the volume of real estate owned by the bank, which was transferred to the bank's balance as collateral for loans prior to nationalization. As part of the strategy and operational plan for managing troubled assets approved by the Supervisory Board of PrivatBank, the bank plans to auction the Dnipro football stadium — Dnipro-Arena (Metallurg Stadium) and the football training base in Dnipro at the end of September through the Prozorro.Sales system.

Dnipro-Arena is a European-class football stadium in Dnipro with a seating capacity of 31,003 spectators, reconstructed and opened in 2008.
The football arena features a field size of 105×68 m, dressing rooms, warm-up halls, a gym, coaching rooms, facilities for media representatives, referees, a VIP box for 296 seats, and a restaurant with 550 seats. The football field includes a heating system, automatic irrigation, and artificial lighting for evening matches. There are parking lots for athletes, staff, and spectators near the stadium. The training base is located in the forest-park area of the Pridniprovsk residential area in Dnipro. Built in 1971, it was renovated in 2010.
The training base includes three artificial and four natural grass fields, an indoor arena with an artificial turf field and stands for 506 seats, a cottage village for the accommodation of football players, and two office-residential buildings, including a medical rehabilitation center, a conference hall, a meeting room for coaching staff, a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, and showers.
