Journalist Ihor Tsiganyk shared his opinion on the contenders for the title of best scorer in the Ukrainian championship for the 2025/2026 season.

This is what I have noticed if we talk directly about the matches; there are very few opportunities. As a result, there won’t be a lot of goals scored. Therefore, there won’t be too many scored goals among the top scorers.
It is difficult for me to single anyone out specifically. Perhaps Elias from Shakhtar, if his teammates create chances. Maybe Eduardo Guerrero at Dynamo will find his scoring touch. The leaders of the championship will be somewhere among the favorites. That’s my understanding. But there won’t be many goals,” journalist Ihor Tsiganyk predicted on his YouTube channel.
We remind you that in the 2024/2025 season, the best scorer of the UPL was Vladislav Vanat, who scored 17 goals.
