The head coach of “Epitsentr” from Kamianets-Podilskyi, Sergey Nagornyak, commented on his team’s defeat against Kryvyi Rih’s “Kryvbas” (4:5) in yesterday’s match of the 6th round of the Ukrainian championship.

There’s a lot to discuss, but making such mistakes in defense... The opposing team didn’t forgive us. What can be forgiven in the First League is not forgiven here.
But I thanked the guys for the second half. We were three goals down, but the guys didn’t give up and could have snatched a draw.
It was quite a show for the fans, but definitely not for the coach. After the match, I came into the locker room feeling empty. I didn’t even know what to say to the guys. I repeat: we can’t allow such childish mistakes in defense if we expect any serious results. There are problems in defense. But I’m grateful to the guys for not stopping, no matter how hard it got, for trying to even the game.
There are positive moments too: we scored 4 goals. I stood and thought: 'How is it possible? To score 4 goals at home and not even draw'. I will be dwelling on this for a long time, but we need to prepare for the next match — it’s equally important. There were chances, but we need to work — we have no other choice,” said Nagornyak on the YouTube channel “UPL TB”.
