Ukraine was represented in the voting for this prestigious individual award by journalist Ihor Lynnyk. He has been collaborating with France Football since 2002.
The representative from Ukraine voted first place for PSG midfielder and Portugal national team player Vitinha, while placing Dembélé in second place. In his opinion, the third place should go to the winger of Barcelona and the Spanish national team, Lamine Yamal.
