Key players Roman Salenko and Dmytro Kremchanyn have gone to gain experience in adult football (on loan to «Zorya»). Kremchanyn and Salenko were key players and scored a lot. Injuries. Key talents Ivan Andreiko and Bohdan Redushko missed the start of the season. Andreiko had problems with his «crosses» last winter and has only just returned to play. It is clear that his form cannot be good after half a year of inactivity. Redushko was also absent for a long time and is just starting to regain form. Pavlo Lusin finished the last season very late, as he played in the final of the U-19 Championship at the end of June. Oleksiy Rybak got injured. Maksym Korobov also could not always play.
Player generation. «Dynamo» has won three age categories in the U-19 Championship, but this has not particularly reflected on the youth team. Among the players born in 2008, Andreiko and Lusin have been in the youth team for a long time. Very few players from the victorious 2008 squad have joined. Three central defenders — Danyl Ohorodnyk, Nazarii Ivaskiv, and Dmytro Panimash. They largely came to «Dynamo U-19» for numbers, as the choice of central defenders is not that large. And winger Maksym Hrodzynskyi. It turns out that only six players born in 2008 have reached the youth team. Among the players born in 2009, the choice is also not very big. Ihor Kostyuk is already inviting Yaroslav Buravtsov. Among the players born in 2010, they lost the main talent — Zakhar Osmiukhin. The situation will not get better. Winning in the U-19 Championship is good, but players are needed.
For several years now, the youth team of «Dynamo» has been losing points at the start of the season. Last season, «Shakhtar» went into winter with a five-point advantage, which they lost in spring. Time is needed to play together and balance the squad. The entire fight for the title is still ahead.
