General Director of Dynamo Dmytro Brif shared his thoughts on the work of the club’s head coach Oleksandr Shovkovskyi.

— Look, this, like transfers, is the president’s authority. But no one is considering the question of dismissing the head coach. We have a valid contract. We are satisfied with his effectiveness. Shovkovskyi won the Ukrainian championship with the team. And we are convinced that this season he will prove that it was not a fluke.
The head coach and his coaching staff are putting in all their efforts to ensure the team achieves results. At the same time, if the head coach has any ideas or suggestions for improvement, we constantly do what is within our ability. We support him in this.
— Is it like inviting assistant Mateusz Kędziorek?
— In particular, yes. There was a request, we found a solution. Our scouting department found it. We hope he will strengthen us. He is already delivering results. The head coach likes his effectiveness and how he works. If we talk about inviting Artem Yashkin, he has previously worked at our club.
