The Disciplinary Committee of the UAF has made a number of decisions, including:
— having reviewed materials regarding the match of the Ukrainian Cup of Football for the 2025/2026 season between FC «Olimpia» (Savyntsi) — FC «Lisne» (Kyiv), which took place on September 23, 2025, obligated FC «Olimpia» (Savyntsi) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance by FC «Olimpia» (Savyntsi) with the requirements of Additional Safety Measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely — for holding the match without spectators) and a mandatory monetary contribution of 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance with regulatory norms, specifically — failure to provide a defibrillator with a patient data recorder and heart rate analysis in the first aid kit during the match);
— having reviewed materials regarding the match of the Ukrainian Cup of Football for the 2025/2026 season between FC «Ahrotekh» (Tyskivka) — FC «Chornomorets» (Odesa), which took place on September 24, 2025, obligated FC «Ahrotekh» (Tyskivka) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for throwing pyrotechnics onto the football field after the match) and a mandatory monetary contribution of 12,500 (twelve thousand five hundred) hryvnias (for the use of pyrotechnics by fans in the amount of 5 (five) units);
— having reviewed materials regarding the expulsion of a player from FC «Podillia» (Khmelnytskyi), Yurii Kozyrenko, during the match of the Ukrainian Cup of Football for the 2025/2026 season between FC «Inhulets» (Petrove) — FC «Podillia» (Khmelnytskyi), which took place on September 24, 2025, suspended player Yurii Kozyrenko from FC «Podillia» (Khmelnytskyi) from participation in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for serious game violations);
— having reviewed materials regarding the match of the Ukrainian Cup of Football for the 2025/2026 season between FC «Lokomotyv» (Kyiv) — FC «Veres» (Rivne), which took place on September 24, 2025, obligated FC «Lokomotyv» (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance by FC «Lokomotyv» (Kyiv) with the requirements of Additional Safety Measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely — regarding the maximum allowed number of spectators in the stadium) and a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for the repeated unauthorized appearance of outsiders in the playing area);
— having reviewed materials regarding the match of the Ukrainian Cup of Football for the 2025/2026 season between FC «Rukh» (Lviv) — FC «Polissia» (Zhytomyr), which took place on September 24, 2025, obligated FC «Rukh» (Lviv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for throwing foreign objects onto the football field and into the playing area);
— having reviewed materials regarding the expulsion of FC «Inhulets» (Petrove) head coach Vasyl Kobin during the match of the 8th round of the Ukrainian championship among teams of the first league PFL for the 2025/2026 season between FC «Metallurh» (Zaporizhzhia) — FC «Inhulets» (Petrove), which took place on September 29, 2025, suspended head coach Vasyl Kobin of FC «Inhulets» (Petrove) from participation in competitions for 3 (three) matches, of which for 1 (one) match conditionally with a probation period of 1 (one) year (for using indecent, offensive words towards an official of the match);
— having reviewed materials regarding the match of the 7th round of the Ukrainian championship between FC «Metallist 1925» (Kharkiv) — FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka), which took place on September 28, 2025, obligated FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated delay of the match start), imposed a sanction on FC «Metallist 1925» (Kharkiv) in the form of a warning (for delaying the start of the match);
— having reviewed materials regarding the match of the 7th round of the Ukrainian Premier League between FC «Veres» (Rivne) — FC «Polissia» (Zhytomyr), which took place on September 29, 2025, imposed a sanction on FC «Veres» (Rivne) in the form of a warning (for delaying the start of the match); obligated FC «Polissia» (Zhytomyr) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for repeated delay of the match start); obligated FC «Veres» (Rivne) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 37,500 (thirty-seven thousand five hundred) hryvnias (for the use of pyrotechnics by fans in the amount of 15 (fifteen) units), a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for actions of fans that led to the suspension of the match), a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for throwing foreign objects onto the football field and into the playing area) and a mandatory monetary contribution of 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias (for the unauthorized appearance of an outsider in the playing area).
