Kyiv Dynamo defender Taras Mikhavko, who suffered a head injury in the Conference League match against Crystal Palace, told Football Hub about his injury on Sunday.
Taras Mikhavko (photo: Yu. Yuriev)— Seriously, thank God, nothing serious happened. I landed awkwardly, plus he hit me in the temple with his head — a small hematoma formed. For two days, I can say I didn’t even train. Yesterday, after arriving, I had an examination — nothing serious was found, just a minor injury.
Overall, everything is fine, the hematoma should go away in a few days. Thank God, I’m alive and well, as they say. Right now, there’s no hematoma, just a little feeling inside, like a bruise. But, thank God, it all worked out. This is football — there’s no way without contacts, — said Taras, showing the consequences of the collision.
