The midfielder of the Latvian club “Ogre United” Vadym Mashchenko has been recognized as the best football player of the month in the Latvian 1st league. This was reported by the official page of the Latvian Football Federation on X.
It is noted that Mashchenko, who has been playing for “Ogre United” since the start of this year, scored one goal and provided one assist last month. Currently, his team is leading the championship with 51 points.
Recall that Mashchenko is a graduate of “Dynamo”, having been part of the capital club for eight and a half years. He did not play for the main team of the “white-blues”, and since the summer of 2022, the midfielder has been playing abroad.
