Veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war Oleg Sy Moroz, who voluntarily mobilized to the 112th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the start of the full-scale invasion of Russia, commented on the information that former Dynamo football player Oleksandr Aliyev was found guilty under the article for driving a vehicle while intoxicated.
Oleg Sy MorozThe scandalous ex-footballer of Kyiv’s “Dynamo” Oleksandr Aliyev has been brought to justice for driving while intoxicated.
The Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv found Aliyev guilty of committing an administrative offense under part 1 of Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
Let me remind you, the patrol police of Kyiv detained Aliyev on April 12 of this year on Chokolivskyi Boulevard, charging him with driving a vehicle showing signs of intoxication, hooliganism, and defying police officers. Thus, this character was cursing because how could he not drive drunk in a Hummer.
Aliyev’s lawyer insisted that his client is a serviceman and a participant in combat actions, thus, the materials should be compiled by the military prosecutor’s office. The court refused to take such arguments into account, stating that the defense side did not provide evidence that Aliyev was performing his official duties at the time of the offense. Sportswear and a Hummer don’t really look much like military service.
Oleksandr Aliyev has been imposed an administrative penalty of 17,000 UAH with a one-year deprivation of the right to drive vehicles. He has 30 days to file an appeal.
I draw the attention of the Kyiv City Territorial Recruitment Center that Oleksandr Aliyev has repeatedly evaded summons from the Obolon Territorial Recruitment Center for mobilization, hiding from service in so-called “DFTG”, where his duties during the martial law involve visiting the VIP box at the “Dynamo” stadium, tasting crayfish, beer, and hookah, as well as drunkenly driving a tactical vehicle, Mersedes-Benz G-350. I really hope this clown will someday be called up for real military service, and the recruitment center will stop covering for him.
I emphasize that Oleksandr Aliyev, despite his pompous interviews about “service in the army,” as a serviceman has no relation to the combat 112th brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a veteran of this brigade, it disgusts me to see how this drunkard tries to associate himself with a combat unit while sweetly sleeping at home in Kyiv after drinking.
This clown also did not take part in actual combat actions, but using connections in the command of the Territorial Defense Forces, for the heroic defense of his yard in Obolon, he obtained the status of a combatant, which he now uses, for instance, in court to justify his drunk driving,” wrote Sy Moroz on his Facebook page.
