The Azerbaijan national team flew to Krakow last Saturday for the 2026 World Cup qualifying match against the Ukraine national team, but the team’s first day of preparation for this match was disrupted.
As reported on his Telegram channel by Polish journalist Piotr Słonka, the luggage of the Azerbaijan team did not arrive with them in Krakow. There was a big mix-up, and the Azerbaijani team was unable to begin preparations for the match against Ukraine as they had planned.
