“In Ukraine, a departure for men aged up to 22 years began to be allowed at the end of summer, and Bliznychenko, who had a month before his 23rd birthday at that time, realized it was time to leave. Having a proposal from Georgia, he quickly approached the management, and the parties reached a mutual agreement,” the Inside UPL Telegram channel reported.
