Forward of «Zorya» Pylyp Budkivskyi commented in the FootballHub broadcast on the draw with «Dynamo» in the 9th round of the Ukrainian Championship.
Pylyp Budkivskyi— Congratulations on earning this point against the current champion of the country — Kyiv’s 'Dynamo'. For Luhansk’s 'Zorya', this is already the fourth consecutive match without defeats, but at the same time the third draw. How do you perceive this — as a gain in the standings or still feel that you could have played better?
— We had moments, we could have played better at times. There were chances in both the first half and the second. But 'Dynamo' also had good moments. At times we were unlucky, at other times lucky. So I think the result is fair. Overall, it’s not bad for us, though it’s a shame it’s only one point. But against the country’s champion, it’s a normal result.
— You are scoring against 'Dynamo' again. This is now the second time in a row. Can we say that they are a special opponent for you?
— No, I’m just a forward and I have to score in every match, help the team. Today, it was nice to do it against a giant — naturally.
— Beforehand it was mentioned that 'Dynamo' has recently often been losing points at the end of matches. Did you discuss this with the coaching staff — perhaps plan to press specifically at the end?
— We understood that they had certain psychological difficulties because four draws in a row — it’s not easy for a team that always fights for the championship. And this perhaps played into our hands. We knew they were having a hard time right now, and we were in a normal psychological state. After the previous victory, we came out today to fight for three points. It didn’t quite work out, but overall — it’s not bad for us.
