The Dynamo U-19 team began the final stage of preparation for the first match of the 2nd round of the «Champions Path» of the 2025/2026 UEFA Youth League season against the Swedish club «Brommapojkarna». It will take place on Wednesday, October 22, in the Polish town of Stalowa Wola.
Photo: fcdynamo.comThe «White-Blues» arrived at the match venue on Monday afternoon, had lunch, rested, and have already managed to conduct two training sessions on the training field near the Stal Stalowa Wola Stadium. Under Igor Kostyuk’s management, the team first recovered from the journey, worked with the ball, practiced finishing attacks and shooting on goal. The next day, they spent more time on modeling tactical moments, ball control, and performed other interesting exercises.
The team is in a good mood, and the positive emotions were boosted by one of the players, Kostiantyn Hubenko, celebrating his birthday today. The birthday boy was congratulated by the entire team in the locker room, and a «guard of honor» was organized on the field before the start of training. According to the team’s senior coach Igor Kostyuk, all the guys are training with great enthusiasm and do not need additional motivation.
Five players born in 2006 arrived in Stalowa Wola with the team. According to the regulations, three of them will be included in the match squad. Overall, all the players are healthy and ready to participate in tomorrow’s match.
It should be noted that the «Dynamo» — «Brommapojkarna» match will be held at the Stal Stalowa Wola Stadium and will start at 14:00 Kyiv time (13:00 local time). We invite everyone willing to support the «Dynamo» youth team. Entrance to the stadium stands is free.
