Manchester United is negotiating with Maguire for a new contract

Manchester United has begun preliminary negotiations with its defender Harry Maguire to extend their partnership.

According to talkSPORT, the Red Devils are open to the possibility of extending the contract with the English player, but only on the condition of a significant salary reduction. The 32-year-old footballer is willing to accept a financial cut to stay with the team.

Maguire’s current contract expires at the end of the season, and Manchester United has already exercised its 12-month extension option.
