The UAF Control and Disciplinary Committee made a number of decisions, including:
— after reviewing materials related to possible violations of the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play by the head coach of FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka), Ruslan Kostyshyn, during the 7th round match of the Ukrainian Championship FC «Metalist 1925» (Kharkiv) — FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka), which took place on September 28, 2025, FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) was obliged to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (due to the failure of the head coach of FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) Ruslan Kostyshyn to comply with the UAF Code of Ethics and Fair Play, specifically — the obligation to refrain from using abusive, obscene words);
— after reviewing materials regarding the improper behavior of FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) fans during the 9th round match of the Ukrainian Premier League FC «Zorya» (Luhansk) — FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv), which took place on October 18, 2025, FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) was obliged to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 60,000 (sixty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated chanting of obscene nature by FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) fans);
— after reviewing materials regarding the 9th round match of the Ukrainian Premier League FC «Polissya» (Zhytomyr) — FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk), which took place on October 18, 2025, assistant head coach of FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk), Yavash Kerem, was suspended from participating in competitions for 3 (three) matches, with 1 (one) match conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year (for using abusive, offensive words), and FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) was obliged to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for unethical, improper behavior of club officials during and after the match);
— after reviewing materials regarding the improper behavior of FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) fans during the 9th round match of the Ukrainian Premier League FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) — FC «Epicenter» (Kamianets-Podilskyi), which took place on October 19, 2025, FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) was obliged to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 70,000 (seventy thousand) hryvnias (for repeated chanting of obscene nature by FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) fans).
