Former Juventus forward Alessandro Del Piero commented on the dismissal of head coach Igor Tudor following the defeat in the 8th round of the Italian championship against Lazio (0:1).
Igor Tudor, Getty Images«I know him well as a player and as a person. Juventus doesn’t have a problem with the coach; it’s much more complicated. I don’t think this team could have won the championship with another coach.
They still don’t have a starting lineup because aside from 2−3 players like Yildiz and Thuram, others are struggling with consistent play. You can’t always just blame the coach. Looking at the strongest teams in Italy and Europe, most of them have a more or less stable starting lineup,» Del Piero told Sky Sport Italy.
