The UAF Disciplinary Committee made several decisions, including:
— After reviewing materials regarding the 10th round match of the Ukrainian Championship FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) — FC «Rukh» (Lviv), which took place on October 25, 2025, it suspended the head coach of FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) Vladyslav Lupashko from participating in competitions for 2 (two) matches (for deliberately leaving the technical zone to perform actions in a provocative manner); obliged FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) hryvnias and applied a sanction in the form of socially useful activity in football, namely — conducting 1 (one) educational lecture (lasting at least 30 minutes) on compliance with regulatory norms, in particular, the principles of fair play and mutual respect, before, during and after matches for the players and official representatives of FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) (for provocative actions of the players, team officials, which led to confrontation on the football field); obliged FC «Rukh» (Lviv) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 75,000 (seventy-five thousand) hryvnias and applied a sanction in the form of socially useful activity in football, namely — conducting 1 (one) educational lecture (lasting at least 30 minutes) on compliance with regulatory norms, in particular, the principles of fair play and mutual respect, before, during and after matches for the players and official representatives of FC «Rukh» (Lviv) (for provocative actions of the players, team officials, which led to confrontation on the football field);
— After reviewing materials regarding the 10th round match of the Ukrainian Premier League FC «Oleksandriya» (Oleksandriya) — FC «Epicenter» (Kamianets-Podilskyi), which took place on October 24, 2025, obliged FC «Oleksandriya» (Oleksandriya) to conduct the next home match with partially closed sectors, namely — sector 10 (for fans' use of pyrotechnics totaling 20 (twenty) units), in case of recurrence of this violation, other non-financial sanctions may be applied to the club, including holding match(es) without fans; obliged FC «Oleksandriya» (Oleksandriya) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for actions of fans, which led to the suspension of the match) and a mandatory monetary contribution of 5,000 (five thousand) hryvnias (for the repeated absence of FC «Oleksandriya» (Oleksandriya) football players at the flash interview);
— After reviewing materials regarding a possible violation of regulatory norms by FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) during the 10th round match of the Ukrainian Premier League SC «Poltava» (Poltava) — FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka), which took place on October 26, 2025, obliged FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance with FC «Kolos» (Kovalivka) of the Additional Security Measures requirements for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law conditions, namely — regarding the evacuation of the team to shelter upon the air raid signal);
— After reviewing materials regarding the inappropriate behavior of FC «Kryvbas» (Kryvyi Rih) fans during the 10th round match of the Ukrainian Premier League FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv) — FC «Kryvbas» (Kryvyi Rih), which took place on October 26, 2025, obliged FC «Kryvbas» (Kryvyi Rih) to pay a mandatory monetary contribution of 40,000 (forty thousand) hryvnias (for the repeated engagement of FC «Kryvbas» (Kryvyi Rih) fans in obscene chanting).
