Real forward Kylian Mbappe received his first career Golden Boot — the award for Europe’s top scorer for the 2024/2025 season.

Mbappe received the trophy at a ceremony at the Santiago Bernabeu, attended by coach Xabi Alonso, team players and president Florentino Perez.
After the award, Mbappe thanked his teammates and emphasized that he wants to stay at Real «for many years.» «I am pleased to win the Golden Boot. It is an important moment for me as a forward. But the main thing is team trophies. We have an incredible group, and I hope to win many more titles with them,» he said.
Club president Florentino Perez noted the striker’s contribution to Real’s victories, recalling that last season Mbappe scored 44 goals in all tournaments and already has 16 this season. «You perfectly embody the club’s values. Real is proud to have a player of your caliber,» Perez stated.
