AS Roma’s Forward Injured While Taking Penalty in Match Against AC Milan

AS Roma’s Italian forward Paulo Dybala was injured in yesterday’s first-round match of the Italian championship against AC Milan (0:1) while taking a penalty.

This happened in the 82nd minute of the match when the score was 1:0 in favor of AC Milan. Moreover, Dybala failed to convert the penalty — his shot from the spot was saved by the goalkeeper.

«The worst part about this penalty situation is Dybala’s injury. Now we’ll see how long he will be absent. He definitely won’t play until the international break. It’s the biggest loss of the evening,» said AS Roma’s head coach Gian Piero Gasperini after the match.
