When I came to this position, I had to relearn for three years. And today, I learn every day because children change, and approaches to them need to change. The work of a leader is not just a job; it’s a way of life that takes up 24 hours. Because as soon as you relax, they call you to say a footballer threw a can out the window onto the street. He lost a bet and threw a can, and people were walking there. They call the police and say it was an attempt on them.
Others took and posted an erotic dance in Dynamo uniform on TikTok. Here, a teacher from school calls asking you to come because the boys are uncontrollable.
