Legendary Volyn coach Vitaliy Kvartsyany shared his thoughts on the future career of Ukraine’s youth national team forward Oleksandr Pyschur Jr.
Vitaliy Kvartsyany— I think Pyschur is unlikely to return to Ukraine. Sasha’s father, his relatives, and I convinced him that he should play for the Ukraine national team, as the Hungarian federation also wanted him to play for their team. But Pyschur is a patriot! We should not squander our talents.
Pyschur was once in 'Dynamo', 'Shakhtar', 'Metalist 1925′, but they missed him and didn’t establish a connection with him as a player and as a person. Footballers need to be nurtured, monitored, and given the opportunity to train diversely. There should be a good moral contact established between the player and the club so that he would be embarrassed to leave, the coach is confident.
