This weekend, matches of the 12th round of the Ukrainian Premier League season 2025/26 are taking place. In one of these matches on Sunday, November 9th, «Dynamo» will play against LNZ (Cherkasy). The match will be held in Kyiv at the Valeriy Lobanovskyi Dynamo Stadium, starting at 15:30.

Last season’s UPL saw «Dynamo» defeat LNZ both times: first in Kyiv with a score of 1:0 (the only goal was scored from a penalty by Andriy Yarmolenko), and then in Cherkasy, 2:1 (this time Kostiantyn Vivcharenko scored for Kyiv, another goal was an own goal by Ilya Putrya, while Muharrem Yashari scored for Cherkasy).
In the previous, 11th round of the current Ukrainian championship, «Dynamo» lost to Donetsk «Shakhtar» (1:3), and LNZ suffered a home defeat from Lviv’s «Karpaty» (0:1).
It is worth noting that at the moment «Dynamo» and LNZ are direct competitors: both teams have 20 points each and are sharing the second and third positions in the league standings.
The main referee of the «Dynamo» vs. LNZ match will be Mykola Balakin from the Kyiv region. Also, the VAR system will be used in the game under the guidance of Denys Shurman, who also represents the capital region.
