The UAF Control and Disciplinary Committee made a number of decisions, including:

— After reviewing materials regarding the inappropriate behavior of FC Chornomorets (Odesa) fans during the 14th round match of the Ukrainian First League PFL 2025/2026 season between FC Chornomorets (Odesa) and FC Bukovyna (Chernivtsi) on November 2, 2025, FC Chornomorets (Odesa) is obliged to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 37,500 (thirty-seven thousand five hundred) hryvnias (for the use of 25 (twenty-five) pyrotechnic devices by fans);
— After reviewing materials regarding the match of the 11th round of the 2025/2026 Ukrainian Championship between FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) and FC Dynamo (Kyiv) on November 2, 2025, FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) is obliged to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 52,500 (fifty-two thousand five hundred) hryvnias (for the use of 21 (twenty-one) pyrotechnic devices by fans) and a mandatory financial contribution of 15,000 (fifteen thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance with FC Shakhtar (Donetsk) requirements of Additional Security Measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely regarding the maximum allowable number of spectators at the stadium); FC Dynamo (Kyiv) is obliged to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 85,000 (eighty-five thousand) hryvnias (for repeated use of 17 (seventeen) pyrotechnic devices by fans), a mandatory financial contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for FC Dynamo (Kyiv) fans throwing pyrotechnic devices onto the football field during the match), and a mandatory financial contribution of 70,000 (seventy thousand) hryvnias (for repeated unacceptable chanting aimed at the match referee by fans);
— After reviewing materials regarding the 11th round match of the Ukrainian Premier League 2025/2026 season between FC LNZ (Cherkasy) and FC Karpaty (Lviv) on November 3, 2025, FC LNZ (Cherkasy) is obliged to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance with FC LNZ (Cherkasy) requirements of Additional Security Measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely regarding the evacuation of the team to shelter upon the announcement of an «Air raid warning»); FC Karpaty (Lviv) is obliged to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance with FC Karpaty (Lviv) requirements of Additional Security Measures for the organization and conduct of football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely regarding the evacuation of the team to shelter upon the announcement of an «Air raid warning»);
— After reviewing materials regarding the expulsion of the goalkeeper coach of FC Karpaty (Lviv), Bohdan Shust, during the 11th round match of the Ukrainian Premier League 2025/2026 season between FC LNZ (Cherkasy) and FC Karpaty (Lviv) on November 3, 2025, FC Karpaty (Lviv) goalkeeper coach Bohdan Shust is suspended from participation in competitions for 2 (two) matches, with 1 (one) match conditionally with a probationary period of 1 (one) year (for using offensive words aimed at the match referee);
