Referee Nazariy Dyord assigned a penalty in the 35th minute of the game after the ball hit the hand of Rivne club player Semen Vovchenko. However, after intervention by the VAR team, the main referee changed his initial decision and canceled the penalty kick.
Therefore, 'Rukh' seeks to obtain clarification from the UAF Referees Committee regarding this decision. The club also demands the release of the referees' communications in the indicated episode,' the statement said.
