’Wild Race. Autumn' is one of the largest military-sporting competitions in Ukraine, bringing together servicemen from various regions of the country, and this time five teams from the National Guard of Ukraine participated in the event. In total, 30 military teams from all the Defense Forces of Ukraine started on the 5-kilometer course with 23 challenging obstacles.

Representatives of the National Guard demonstrated high physical fitness, endurance, and team spirit. For instance, the 18th Slavic Brigade team finished second, and the servicemen of the 17th Poltava 'Raid' Brigade took seventh place, making it into the top ten strongest teams. The achieved results confirm the consistently high level of combat training and physical readiness of the national guardsmen.
Of particular note is the performance of the women’s team of the 3rd Rapid Response Brigade of the National Guard 'Spartan'. The female guardsmen were the only entirely female team among all participants. They admirably completed the distance, and the organizers awarded them a separate prize for willpower, teamwork, and a true example of resilience.
Let us recall that during the spring phase 'Wild Race. Spring', the guardsmen from the 'Khartia' brigade took third place, which once again proves that achieving high results and winning in military-sporting disciplines is already a good tradition in the National Guard.
’Congratulations to all the representatives of the 'Khartia' Corps for the worthy performance of the Khartians in the 'Wild Race'. This time the organizers significantly complicated the distance, but our representatives demonstrated an excellent level of physical, tactical training and team interaction,' noted the head of the Physical Training and Sports Service of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard 'Khartia' Captain Ihor Lishchynsky.
Such competitions not only develop strength, endurance, and cohesion among the military but also strengthen the brotherhood between the units of the National Guard, which jointly stand on the defense of Ukraine.
