The Control and Disciplinary Committee of UAF made several decisions, including:
— After reviewing the materials regarding the Ukrainian Cup-2025/2026 match FC 'Lokomotyv' (Kyiv) — FC 'Nyva' (Vinnytsia), held on October 28, 2025, it ordered FC 'Lokomotyv' (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 30,000 (thirty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance of FC 'Lokomotyv' (Kyiv) with Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely regarding the maximum allowable number of spectators in the stadium) and a mandatory financial contribution of 30,000 (thirty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated unauthorized presence of outsiders in the playing area);
— After reviewing the materials regarding the Ukrainian Cup-2025/2026 match FC 'Bukyvina' (Chernivtsi) — FC 'Nyva' (Ternopil), held on October 28, 2025, it ordered FC 'Bukyvina' (Chernivtsi) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 20,000 (twenty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated non-compliance of FC 'Bukyvina' (Chernivtsi) with Additional Security Measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, namely regarding the maximum allowable number of spectators in the stadium) and a mandatory financial contribution of 35,000 (thirty-five thousand) hryvnias (for the repeated use of pyrotechnic devices by FC 'Bukyvina' (Chernivtsi) fans in the amount of 7 (seven) units), it ordered FC 'Nyva' (Ternopil) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for obscene and offensive chants directed at the match referee by FC 'Nyva' (Ternopil) fans);
— After reviewing the materials regarding the Ukrainian Cup-2025/2026 match FC 'Dynamo' (Kyiv) — FC 'Shakhtar' (Donetsk), held on October 29, 2025, it ordered FC 'Dynamo' (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 370,000 (three hundred seventy thousand) hryvnias (for the repeated use of pyrotechnic devices by FC 'Dynamo' (Kyiv) fans in the amount of 74 (seventy-four) units), in case of recurrence of this violation, non-financial sanctions may be applied to FC 'Dynamo' (Kyiv), including holding matches without fans, it ordered FC 'Dynamo' (Kyiv) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for mass actions by fans that violate generally accepted rules of behavior in the stadium, namely — moving fans between stadium sectors), it ordered FC 'Shakhtar' (Donetsk) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 125,000 (one hundred twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for repeated use of pyrotechnic devices by FC 'Shakhtar' (Donetsk) fans in the amount of 25 (twenty-five) units);
— After reviewing the materials regarding the Ukrainian Premier League Round 12 match of the 2025/2026 season FC 'Oleksandriya' (Oleksandriya) — FC 'Polissya' (Zhytomyr), held on November 9, 2025, it ordered FC 'Oleksandriya' (Oleksandriya) to hold the next home match without fans (for repeated use of pyrotechnic devices by FC 'Oleksandriya' (Oleksandriya) fans in the amount of 25 (twenty-five) units), a mandatory financial contribution of 50,000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated tossing of foreign objects onto the playing area and football field by FC 'Oleksandriya' (Oleksandriya) fans), a mandatory financial contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for deliberate damage to stadium property by FC 'Oleksandriya' (Oleksandriya) fans), a mandatory financial contribution of 50,000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated actions by FC 'Oleksandriya' (Oleksandriya) fans that led to the suspension of the match), and a mandatory financial contribution of 50,000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated obscene and offensive chants by FC 'Oleksandriya' (Oleksandriya) fans);
— After reviewing the materials regarding the inappropriate behavior of FC LNZ (Cherkasy) fans during the Ukrainian Premier League Round 12 match of the 2025/2026 season FC 'Dynamo' (Kyiv) — FC LNZ (Cherkasy), held on November 9, 2025, it ordered FC LNZ (Cherkasy) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for the use of pyrotechnic devices by FC LNZ (Cherkasy) fans in the amount of 10 (ten) units);
